The Trust Builder Award will be presented to an organisation that can demonstrate how trust is part of its fabric, and how it creates the vital cohesion for success. The organisation will be able to demonstrate how their leaders and managers have been supported in recognising the need for trust when building successful working relationships and cultures, and what they can do to nurture it.

The Culture of Belonging Award is presented to an organisation that can demonstrate how it has created a diverse and inclusive culture both within the company itself and potentially within the wider community too.  The organisation will be able to share evidence of their commitment and dedication to equality, diversity and inclusion and explain how they have created a workplace environment where individuals feel a sense of belonging and can bring their most authentic selves to work. 

Culture of Belonging Award

The ‘Be More Human’ Award will be presented to an organisation that can demonstrate how it has built high performance teams in a human way, through authentic leadership, understanding strengths and weaknesses, and by helping their people to really shine. The organisation will be able to show evidence about the active steps it has taken to create teams unified around a common purpose and story.

The ‘Forward-thinkers’ Award will be presented to an organisation that can demonstrate how it has made the best use of technology to build a coaching culture. The organisation should be able to explain why it believes it should win the award both on the basis of the use of the technology to date and its ongoing use in the future.

The HR Team of the Year Award will be presented to a team who can demonstrate how their collaborative approach and mutual trust has enabled them to make a significant contribution to achieving business or organisational goals. The team should outline the key challenges it has faced and how coaching has played a significant role in helping them to successfully address them and achieve their goals.

The Authentic Leader Award will be presented to an individual who can demonstrate how their ability to open up to those around them has contributed to building a culture of trust and engagement. The individual will be able to show how their emotionally intelligent approach enables them to lead with integrity and authenticity, nurturing trust and creating an environment that is enabling their team to succeed.

The Coaching Leader of the Year Award will be presented to an individual who can demonstrate how they use coaching as part of their everyday behaviour but also how they have influenced those around them to embrace it too. The individual will be able to show what they have done within their own sphere of influence to grow coaching capability and how it has positively impacted their team.

Best Coaching Culture Award

The Best Coaching Culture Award will be presented to an organisation that can demonstrate how they’ve created a place where authentic leaders and managers help people to grow, thrive and perform through effective conversations and honest feedback, underpinned by trust.

There will be no submission process for this award – it is an ‘overall winner’ award that will be selected by judges as the one outstanding entry received across all categories.

Note: We understand that culture change can be difficult to evidence. Achievements in psychological safety, trust, and sense of belonging don’t always come with clear metrics! Please feel free to demonstrate your successes in any way you can. Whether it is anecdotal evidence, testimonials, feedback or survey results are all good starting points.

Perry ranked No 2 on the HR Most Influential Thinkers List in 2021, is a 2x TEDx speaker and an award-winning writer on the future of work and HR.

Adam Davies

Ad is Global Head of Performance for Gymshark, one of the fastest growing and most recognisable fitness apparel and accessories brands. Leading a team of performance partners & learning designers, to support, coach & facilitate alongside Gymshark’s visionaries. Adam has over 10 years experience in coaching, from the sporting world with Leicester City to commercial business with Gymshark. His focus is to encourage coaching as a core skill for all managers & leaders.

Dr Elouise Leonard-Cross

A ‘curious collaborator’ Elouise thrives on asking and exploring the questions to help organisations be happy and healthy places to work. A Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, she is passionate about the role that people professionals play in making organisations human and creating the conditions for innovation and growth.

Joanna Aunon

Joanna is the Director of WiHTL and Diversity in Retail. After a successful career in senior talent management leadership roles across multiple sectors in both global blue chip and private equity organisations, she decided to turn her passion (advocacy for D&I) into her full-time career. She is also on the advisory board of a scholarship fund that helps hospitality students from disadvantaged backgrounds cover the cost of their equipment and fees so they can pursue their chosen career.

Caroline Foster

Chief People Officer, social scientist, human capital consultant, and international transformation leader, Caroline works in organisations to lead and execute wholesale change to substantially elevate the employee experience and drive profit and productivity through people.
